Responsible for managing and heading up a team of 5 producers who are putting together oil and gas technical workshops / conferences for the petroleum industry. 

Recruit and hire experienced producers for the division

Train producers to ensure they are delivering high quality products with strong technical agendas and the optimal number of speakers. 

Ensuring commercial profitability of all events. 

Topic generation and validation of oil & gas technical events.
