Experience :  1 - 5 Years

Skills :  

1.Be able to effectively provide and communicate (translate) complex design data and specifications to field construction personnel via working shop drawings. 

2.Collect all technical information from subcontractors and suppliers and compile them in a coordinates shop drawings. 

3.Distribute all data related to other parties to include them in their drawings. 

4.Attend record and distribute regular coordination meetings with all concerned parties. 

5.Review proposed materials before getting them approved. 

6.Evaluate structural and architectural elements to avoid conflict between different elements. 

7.Assist in evaluating the changes in respect of consistency with original design. 

8.Prepare and submit as built drawings at end of project. 

9.Assist in preparation of bills and material cutting lists.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Have valid Kuwaiti driving license

2. Have valid transferable residence

Provide and develop coordination of shop drawings for civil and architectural elements and details and coordinate between different subcontractors and suppliers to ensure integrity of all trades and avoid conflicts during progress of works. The position is also accountable for handling specific technical aspects. Coordination engineer will manage project documents that are related to preparation of shop drawings and approval of materials.
