Description :  Job Requirements and Special Competencies

The candidate is expected to have a top performing sales experience with ISP and Carrier Accounts. A thorough knowledge of wholesale products, services and processes, and a solid understanding of telecom/data products and services (i.e. private line, IP Transit, VOIP and IP VPN) is a must. Candidates must have impeccable communication skills (verbal and written) as well as strong negotiation, and presentation skills. 

Candidate should be fluent in speaking and writing the following languages: Arabic and English. Any additional language is welcome. 

The candidate will report to the Sales Director Carrier Sales SEMEA and should be located in Dubai.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate the activities of the design and construction teams.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :


Provide technical presentations to elected officials, appointed boards/commissions, the public, and staff. 
Function as chief inspector on engineering projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 


Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building codes and safety laws. Work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, and the ability to understand "abstract" principles behind math and physics. Working knowledge of CAD tools. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and three to five years of engineering experience. Requires registration as a Professional Engineer.
